Most cosmetic products may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, if unopened.

Returns due to adverse reactions must be returned within a reasonable amount of time. All patients experiencing an allergic/adverse reaction must fill out the ADVERSE REACTION TO PRODUCT REPORT.

• ALL prescription products may not be returned.
• Altreno may not be returned.
• All Skinceuticals products may not be returned unless there is an adverse reaction, and patient fills out adverse reaction to product report.
• Products that are less than ¾ full cannot be returned, even for an adverse reaction.
• Products that have oxidized (turned brown) cannot be returned.
• Any product purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned.
