LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY
Chicago Skin Science is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The respective fulfillment third-parties, such as USPS, must be contacted for further resolution.
If your order has been lost or stolen while in transit to you can start a Missing Mail Search with USPS. This will prompt USPS to begin searching their sort facilities and trucks to try and find your delivery. You have to wait until at least seven days from the shipping date in order to initiate a Missing Mail Search. USPS will search for your package and determine if it was delivered. If the package turns up, USPS will either return the package to the sender or deliver it to the recipient, depending on your request. If USPS determines the package was delivered, you’ll have to treat it as a stolen package and file a claim for your loss. Order(s) shipped via Express or Priority Mail can request refund.

Limitation of Liability
Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Typographical Errors
