A topical medication to control acne. Spironolactone works to control hormonally influenced acne in women where there is over-production of sebum. Excess sebum can clog pores, resulting in an ideal environment for the bacteria that cause acne. Tretinoin helps to effectively decrease the number and severity of acne pimples while promoting quick healing of any that do develop. Niacinamide helps to calm the skin and reduce redness.
